On September 9, 2022, Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) hosted an opening ceremony of the “Energy and the Fourth Industrial Revolution” Hackathon Competition, which was jointly organized by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM).

​​​​​​​Elnur Askarov, a fourth-year student of the Petroleum Engineering Department of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and a member of the BHOS Student Chapter of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, participated in the SEG/Chevron Student Leadership Symposium and the SEG 2022 Annual Meeting held in the United States.

Students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) participated in the Teknofest Aerospace and Technology Festival in Samsun, Turkey.
