Head of Economic and Accounting department of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and a member of Association of Professional Financial Managers of Azerbaijan (APFM) Oktay Mamedov is recognized the best financial manager of the year. He was awarded with a title “Best Financial Manager 2017” by the UK Institute of Certification of Financial Managers. At the awarding ceremony, which took place in London, he received the 8^th LUCA AWARD 2017 presented by Chief Executive Officer of the Institute Harry Carter. This annual event, which is traditionally conducted in December, gathers representatives, specialists and experts of leading financial institutions, large international companies and diplomatic missions from many countries around the world. The UK Institute of Certification of Financial Managers functions under the patronage of Prince Michael of Kent.
