A workshop entitled “Personal Development and Motivation” was held at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). It was organized jointly by “Brain” youth organization and BHOS Student Trade Union Committee upon an initiative of the Higher School second-year student Nariman Taghizada.

At the workshop, the following reports were presented to students: “What is personal development?”, “Where from does personal development start?”, “How to promote personal development?”, “How can someone enhance the motivation?” and “Relations between motivation and personal development”. It was arranged in the way of interactive discussions conducted by representatives of “Brain” organization including a chief trainer Mohammed Karim and instructors Ayida Aghayeva, Gunay Ismayilzada and Sabina Ismayilzada. The undergraduates also liked psychological tests offered by the trainers, which helped the students to learn their views on the subject.
