         Third Report-Election conference of Student Senate took place at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). It was attended by Dean of Engineering Faculty Zafar Gurbanov, Executive Director of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations' Union Nurkhan Babayev and Higher School students.

 

         Chairman of the Senate, fifth-year Petroleum Engineering student Shamsi Musayev presented a report on the work completed within accounting reference period, which was approved by the conference delegates. He also wished new leadership of the Student Senate success in their future work.

 

          Third-year Process Automation Engineering student Elvin Hasanly and third-year Chemical Engineering student Kenan Sadigov presented their election programs. Upon the results of a secret ballot announced by the counting commission of the conference, Kenan Sadigov was elected a new Chairman of the Student Senate of the Higher School by a majority vote: more than 58 percent out of 366 conference delegates voted for him.
