          Deputy Minister of Education of the Azerbaijan Republic Jeykhun Bayramov sent a letter of appreciation to teachers and staff members of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) including professor of Petroleum Engineering department Siyavush Azakov, senior lecturer of Chemical Engineering department Sevda Zergerova, senior instructor of Process Automation Engineering department Abbas Alili and Head of Quality Assurance department Samira Musayeva.

 

          The letter says, “As you know, the Ministry of Education conducts several competitions every year to arrange education of Azerbaijani students abroad on the basis of intergovernmental agreements with a number of foreign states and in accordance with a quota issued to our country. The main objective of the Ministry during these competitions is to ensure their objectivity and fair selection of the candidates for the study abroad. This year the candidates were interviewed by commissions, which included you and other representatives of national higher educational institutions and state organizations.”

 

          As the letter says, such an approach creates favorable conditions for just and transparent selection of the best candidates. On behalf of the Ministry of Education Jeykhun Bayramov extends his sincere gratitude to teachers and staff members of the Baku Higher Oil School for their participation in the commissions’ work and expresses his hope that the bilateral cooperation between the Ministry and BHOS will successfully continue.
