BHOS representatives visited Piraeus Technology University
Representatives of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), Head of International Relations Department Konul Meherremova and Associate Professor of the Process Automation Engineering Department Leyla Muradkhanli visited Piraeus Technology University (PUAS) in Athens (Greece) from December 11-17, 2016. During the visit to PUAS, with which the Higher School established cooperation in the framework of Erasmus+ program, BHOS’ staff members conducted introductory meetings with the university representatives. At the meetings, ways of enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields of science and issues of student and teacher exchange programs were discussed. Guests from the Baku Higher Oil School made a presentation about BHOS and Azerbaijan for the PUAS students and academic teaching staff. Within the visit, they also saw the university laboratories and learned about PUAS’ scientific and research activities.
The Erasmus+ is developed on the basis of Erasmus, a European Union student exchange program. It is the new program combining all the EU's current schemes for education, training, youth and sport. This year, BHOS signed a cooperation agreement with Piraeus Technology University within the Erasmus+ program aimed at developing bilateral exchange programs.
