The award ceremony of two representatives of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) who celebrated their 50 year anniversary was held June 21, 2016 at BHOS conference hall gathering representatives of management and education sections.

 

Opening the ceremony BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov underlined that such kind of events, which served to demonstrate care and attention directed to BHOS employees as well as ensuring friendly atmosphere at the higher school, had turned to be traditional ones.

 

BHOS Rector talked about activities of Naila Allahverdiyeva, associate professor of BHOS process automation engineering department, having PhD in technical sciences. Rector said that Naila Allahverdiyeva graduated Institute of Oil and Chemistry of Azerbaijan Republic (presently ASOA) with distinction in applied math specialization. Then she continued her education on post-graduate studies level. After defending PhD thesis Naila Allahverdiyeva was involved in teaching activities at the same institute between 1988-2012. Since 2012 Naila Allahverdiya has been working for BHOS. Following BHOS Rector during 4 year activity at the higher school Mrs. Allahverdiyeva’s high teaching level on   informatics related courses greatly contributed in students’ success in acquiring knowledge. BHOS rector also stressed that Mrs. Allahverdiyeva was working on her doctorate thesis.

Having specially pointed out that Associate Professor Naila Allahverdiyeva was awarded SOCAR Honorary Diploma, monetary reward and BHOS Honorary Diploma for fruitful teaching activity and her 50 year anniversary, he presented mentioned awards as well as bunch of flowers to Mrs. Allahverdiyeva.

 

While giving information about BHOS Labor Protection, Security Techniques and Ecology Engineer Khanim Agasiyeva, Elmar Gasimov characterized her as industrious, disciplined employee. He announced that Mrs. Agasiyeva was awarded SOCAR Honorary Diploma, monetary reward and BHOS Honorary Diploma for her fruitful activity and 50 year anniversary. BHOS Rector presented mentioned awards and bunch of flowers to Mrs. Agasiyeva.

 

 Mrs. Naila Allahverdiyeva and Mrs. Khanim Agasiyeva highly appreciated SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov and BHOS staff members for highly valuing their activities.
