         Chair of the Youth Board of the Republican Committee of Petroleum Industry Workers’ Trade Union, Chair of the Trade Union of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS), head of BHOS  students’ affairs department Habiba Sadigli attended the international conference on ‘Youth Organization within Trade Union’ organized in frame of ‘Global Organizational Academy’ project  for young active members of the trade unions by Pan-European Regional Board, held 15-19 May, 2016, Tbilisi, Georgia.  

Participants of the event were informed about leadership skills, improvement of working conditions, criteria of professionalism, contemporary methods in organization, youth organization within trade unions etc. A number of meetings and visits were also organized in frames of the workshop. In general, around 25 representatives from 15 countries participated at the workshop.
