Ambassador of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan visits Baku Higher Oil School

Rector of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) Elmar Gasimov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Ilhom Abdurahmon.

During the meeting, Elmar Gasimov provided the Ambassador with detailed information about BHOS. The Rector particularly noted that “Baku Higher Oil School employs a modern and innovative education system, the educational process is based on close cooperation with industry, and special attention is paid to training students as highly qualified specialists.” He also noted that “students from 25 countries study at BHOS, which offers ample opportunities for both local and foreign students.”

The meeting discussed the possibilities of educating Tajik students at Baku Higher Oil School, implementing student exchange programs, and other cooperation issues.

Ambassador Ilhom Abdurahmon highly praised the modern educational conditions created at Baku Higher Oil School and the opportunities provided for students. He emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in the field of education.
