BHOS students selected for BCG FutureHER Talent Program 2025

Lala Alakbarova and Deniz Aliyeva, fifth-year students at the Process Automation Engineering Department of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR, have been selected for the BCG FutureHER Talent Program 2025.

The program aims to support women in Azerbaijan and contribute to their development in the field of consulting.

The program participant will receive mentorship from BCG experts, develop business problem solving skills, develop data analysis and customer approach skills, gain experience in leadership, strategy and case-solving, and familiarize themselves with the real working environment.
