BHOS team takes 3rd place at ‘SAF 2024’ festival

The “AgroWise” team of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR took 3rd place at the Green STEAM Azerbaijan International Festival (SAF 2024).

The scientific supervisor of our team, which is participating in the “Green Initiatives” nomination, is Emilia Akhmedova, head of the Innovation & Research Center.

The members of the “AgroWise” team are 3rd year student of the “Process Automation” specialty Aysel Rahimli and 4th year student of the “Process Automation” specialty Jabrayil Gasimov.

Additionally, the teams Greengineers and CarbonX of Baku Higher Oil School were awarded in the “Best Engineering Solution” category.

The festival was organized by the “STEAM Azerbaijan” project with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education and the COP29 Presidium.
