BHOS, ACCA sign Memorandum of Understanding

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between SOCAR’s Baku Higher Oil School and ACCA.

The memorandum was signed by Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov and  Manager of the Regional Center of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia Ulgen Koshkun.

The document envisages broad cooperation between Baku Higher Oil School and the above-mentioned institute in the development of human resources in the field of professional accounting.

The memorandum was signed within the framework of the VIII Eurasian Forum of Accountants and Auditors, organized jointly by Baku Higher Oil School and the Association of Professional Financial Managers of Azerbaijan (APFM).
