BHOS student presents her project
Binagadi District Executive Power Office, New Azerbaijan Party Regional Youth Union, Youth and Sport Office of Binagadi district and Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) jointly organized the presentation of “I can or I must” project developed by BHOS 2nd year Process Automation Engineering student Pakiza Pashayeva. The event gathered Deputy Head of Executive Power of Binagadi District Aygun Aliyeva, Chair of New Azerbaijan Party Unit of Binagadi district Ramiz Goyushov, Chair of the New Azerbaijan Party Youth Union Seymur Orujov, Editor in Chief of Iki Sahil Vugar Rahimzade, Head of BHOS Public Relations Department Zeynab Kazimova, Chair of the New Azerbaijan Party Youth Union Mahmud Mammadzade and BHOS students.
Opening the event Pakiza Pashayeva briefed about her project and its goals. She stressed the importance of providing political, social, economic, organizational and legal foundations for comprehensive development of the youth. Pointing out the fact of constant support given to youth initiatives by BHOS, Pakiza thanked everyone involved in the project implementation.
Ramiz Goyushov, Chair of New Azerbaijan Party Unit of Binagadi District, talked about the project and the related activities carried out to support its realization, underlying that Pakiza graduated school №244 located in Binagadi, while expressing the Party’s full support to such projects. Mr. Goyushov also pointed out that the success of the project should be shared with BHOS, and expressed his confidence that the cooperation would continue.
Aygun Aliyeva, Deputy Head of the Executive Power of Binagadi District greeted everyone underlying that the National Leader Haydar Aliyev always attached special importance to development of youth. She recalled that during Haydar Aliyev’s presidency young people enjoyed the opportunities to study abroad. Speaking about the opportunities given to young people by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Ms. Aliyeva said that the government of Azerbaijan continued its endeavors in this direction successfully realizing effective youth policy. Editor in Chief of Iki Sahil Vugar Rahimzade said that the youth policy constituted an integral part of the state policy. He particularly stressed that Pakiza Pashayeva represented BHOS being the leading higher educational institution in Azerbaijan. He also said that successful youth policy started by the National Leader Haydar Aliyev progressed greatly will full continuous support by President Ilham Aliyev. He also added that the social life of Azerbaijani youth always distinguished by wide range of activities. Mr. Rahimzade said that the above project would serve to increase young people’s interest in education and science. He thanked the Executive Power of Binagadi District, New Azerbaijan Party of Binagadi District and BHOS for supporting such initiatives.
Head of BHOS Public Relations Department Zeynab Kazimova talked about the opportunities offered to students by BHOS, emphasizing the government support to youth initiatives. Mrs. Kazimova particularized that Pakiza Pashayeva was one of the BHOS students who enjoyed the opportunity of studying at the higher school providing the relevant environment for high quality training.
Then, Mahmud Mammadzade, Chair of New Azerbaijan Party Regional Youth Union, Ramziyya Qarazade, BHOS 2nd year Process Automation Engineering student and Khayala Hasanova representing the project participants shared their views about the project and extended their congratulations to Pakiza Pashayeva. The further speeches mainly focused on the national youth policy initiated by the National Leader Haydar Aliyev and successful continued by President Ilham Aliyev, young people’s role in policy, as well as the importance of English language for success in career path. The attendees also shared their expectations from the project.
It should be pointed out that “I can or I must” project with a three month initial phase duration mainly aims at creating broad educational opportunities for learning English, which has a significant role in effective career development, applying more efficient and intensive training tools.
