Famous astronaut and Lunar Explorer were at Baku Higher Oil School

Kyle Acierno, OffWorld Managing Director and lunar explorer, and Sara Sabry, Executive Director of Deep Space Initiative, the first Egyptian astronaut, and the first Arab woman in space, who came to Baku to participate in the 74th International Astronautical Congress hosted by Azerbaijan, were guests at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).    

The regional head of OffWorld, a company manufacturing space mining equipment and robots, made a presentation for BHOS students. He informed the gathering about the company, its strategy and future plans, robot application areas, mining activities on the Moon, water production, and the experience opportunities offered by OffWorld. Kyle Acierno, who toured the BHOS campus, answered the students' questions, noting that Baku Higher Oil School has very talented students.

Astronaut Sara Sabry shared her thoughts and insights about her space travel, her interest in this field, her experience on the Moon and her space mission.  She also gave recommendations to students who show interest in this field.

The guests answered many questions from the students.
