Students of Baku Higher Oil School participate in ‘Artificial Intelligence and Data Science’ intensive training program
Students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) participated in the “Artificial Intelligence and Data Science” intensive training program implemented by the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The goal of the project is to strengthen the human capacity in data analytics in our country and to train specialists in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.
The following BHOS students participated in the “Artificial Intelligence and Data Science” intensive training program: Rustam Garayev, Elvin Mammadov and Bahruz Huseynov (Process Automation Engineering Department); Farhad Agayev and Tahir Askarli (Petroleum Engineering Department); Laman Alipashayeva and Mohammad Mehdi (Chemical Engineering Department); Kavsar Huseynova (Computer Engineering Department); Nihad Alili (Information Security Department).
Rustam Garayev, Tahir Askarli and Kavsar Huseynova are among the 12 students who completed the program with honors.
In total, 35 students graduated from the program.
Within the project, students interested in data analytics took part in the effective structured practical training conducted by experts in this field and deeply mastered the basics of data science.
The training program lasted for 3 months.
