Sister and brother enter Baku Higher Oil School
Zumrud Hasanova and her brother Yusif Hasanov were admitted to Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) this year.
They graduated from Secondary School No. 236 in Sabail district of Baku.
Zumrud graduated from the secondary school with a Certificate of Distinction. She entered the Process Automation Engineering Department with 677.3 points. Zumrud says that while still studying in the school, she set herself a goal to become a BHOS student.
"We heard only good things about BHOS. I, together with my parents, made some enquires, and we decided that I should study in this university in order for me to achieve success in the future. That is why I chose only BHOS in the list of universities. Baku Higher Oil School provides high-quality education, which is why its students continue their studies abroad and work in prestigious companies. I also want to continue my studies abroad after graduating from this university.”
Yusif Hasanov won the 3rd place in the Republican Subject Olympiad in Mathematics. Yusif, who graduated from the secondary school with a gold medal, was admitted to the Computer Engineering Department of Baku Higher Oil School. He says that although it is difficult to study at BHOS, he will eventually become a highly skilled specialist upon graduation from this university.
