This year's BHOS graduate: ‘BHOS not only gave me solid specialized knowledge, but it also taught me teamwork and professional language skills’
Arif Rustamov is one of this year's graduates of the Petroleum Engineering Department of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). He entered BHOS in 2017 with 685 points. Arif will work as a chief laboratory assistant at Baku Higher Oil School.
He successfully participated in many projects during his student years. In 2019, Arif joined the SPE Young Talents Program launched by SPE Azerbaijan. During the same year, he worked as a volunteer at the eiLink Research & Development Center, where he actively participated in the implementation of the AI Inversion of Well Data project. Apart from that, Arif voluntarily joined the SPE BHOS Student Chapter in 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.
Arif says that Baku Higher Oil School not only gave him solid specialized knowledge, but it also taught him teamwork and professional language skills.
“I chose to work at BHOS because the standards in this university suit me well. These standards include a friendly and smiling team, high-level working conditions and high salary.”
