Garadagh schoolchildren visit Baku Higher Oil School
Active volunteers from Garadagh Youth House have visited Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). They are students of Garadagh District Schools No. 321, 294 and 228 who scored high in the final exams in the first specialty group.
Manzar Mustafayeva, an employee of the Career and Student Affairs Department, acquainted the guests with the campus of Baku Higher Oil School.
During the tour, they were shown the 600-seat Congress Hall, the Oil Museum’s exhibits, a library, a swimming pool, two indoor gyms, a student canteen, classrooms, modern learning labs, a fitness center, an artificial roofed stadium, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, an athletics field, and the Student House.
The guests were provided information about the university’s activity directions, the new campus, general statistical indicators per years, minimum passing scores per specialties, the university’s partners, teaching programs, internal disciplinary rules, internship programs implemented in local and transnational companies, and workshops.
At the end of the tour, the schoolchildren were presented with symbolic gifts on behalf of the rector.
