I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of the Novruz Holiday, which heralds the arrival of spring, and I wish you all good health, happiness and success in your work.

Under the leadership of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan has restored its territorial integrity thanks to the valor and bravery of our soldiers who sacrificed their lives to liberate our lands, and hence raised themselves to the glorious pinnacle of martyrdom. It is very gratifying that our holiday bonfires are now being lit in the liberated lands of Karabakh, and Novruz, our ancient and national holiday, is being celebrated in our sacred lands, which we had longed to return for years.

Novruz, which is a herald of the arrival of spring, means unity, equality, beauty, awakening of the earth, and prosperity.

May your holiday tables groan with abundance, your hearts be full of good feelings, your health be strong, your dreams be endless, your hopes come true!
