BHOS graduates article published in famous international journal

          A scientific article by a graduate of Baku Higher Oil School Gurban Orujov, currnetly a Ph.D. student at Colorado School of Mines, is published in well-known international Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering. The article entitled “Modeling of the cementation factor and hydraulic permeability using Mercury Injection Capillary Pressure (MICP) measurements” has been written by the young scientist together with a researcher from Khazar University Izat Shahsenov.

 

          The Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering is a scholarly open access, peer-reviewed, and fully refereed journal which aims to serve as a leading platform for exchanging ideas and findings from researchers across petroleum science and engineering.

 

            Gurban Orujov who graduated from BHOS with Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2017 became the youngest Ph.D. student at Colorado School of Mines, one of the most prestigious higher educational institutions in the USA. After Gurban applied for a Master’s degree at the university, he was immediately admitted to a doctoral program.
