Vice-Rector for Administrative and General Services Affairs is responsible for the effective organization of regular supply of the university’s work, utility and service accommodations with necessary materials and spare parts, efficient use of material resources, ensuring fire safety of structural units, buildings and facilities, increasing the qualification, professional level and knowledge of employees, ensuring compliance with the internal disciplinary rules.
