Vice-Rector for General Affairs of the Baku Higher Oil School directly supervises the organization of social, cultural, household and educational activities of staff and students, organizes the development of social development plan (taking into account the living conditions of university staff and students) and monitors its implementation, ensures consideration of students' appeals on issues related to mobilization and conscription.
