Call for Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) Outgoing Staff Mobility

Application Deadline: 15 February 2024

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program (Key Action 171) in partnership with the Granada University in Spain offers granted spots for BHOS staff to participate in two international weeks in the field of libraries and IT services will be held from 6th to 10th May. Any staff members from the Library and IT services who owns satisfactory English level are eligible to apply for attending these international staff weeks. The costs are fully funded by Erasmus+ Programme.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

  • Full-time staff employed at BHOS can apply for staff mobility.
  • Applicants are expected to have knowledge of sufficient foreign language to carry out the activity.

DURATION OF MOBILITY 

Mobilities will take place in 5 business days and 2 travel days per staff.

APPLICATION PROCESS AND TIMINGS

You will need to submit following documents:

  • Proposal (max 2 pages) – stating your plan for the activities days. (While preparing the proposal document you asked to carry out small research on the mentioned University and formulate your proposal taking into account the compatibility of the field in which you operate and the field in partner university)
  • Copy of passport

FUNDING

Participant will receive a mobility grant composed of subsistence support according to the length of stay (in days). 

      • Outgoing staff : EUR 120/day
      • Travel grant : EUR 820

SELECTION

Nominees are selected according to their proposals regarding their speciality will contribute to the prospective mutual collaboration between the two Universities.

The Selection Criteria:

  1. Not participating in any visits are organized by University until now. (+30 point)
  2. Not taking part in any visits provided by University during last one year period. (+10 point)
  3. Motivation letter- clarifying purpose of visited staff for Partner University, demonstrating relevant subject or teaching/training area between two Universities, explaining target of visiting to appropriate Department in Partner University. (+40 point)
  4. Work experience in University:
  • 1-3 year  (+2 point)
  • 3-5 year (+5 point)
  • 5-8 year  (+8 point)
  • More than 8 year (+10 point)
  1. Rating by Selection Committee regarding work performance of selected staff in University. (+20 point)

After evaluating all points staff member with the highest point is selected.

 

As regards to selection requirements for selected staff:

  • Having minimum 6 months work experience in the University
  • Having minimum B1 language level in English
  • After mobility it is required establishing presentation for appropriate Department in the University during 15 days.

  1. Vice- rector for General Affairs
  2. Dean of Engineering Department
  3. Dean of Lifelong Learning Department
  4. Director of Educational- Methodical Department
  5. Program Manager
