The purpose of the Learning Agreement is to provide a transparent and efficient preparation of the exchange to make sure that students receive recognition for the activities successfully completed abroad. The Learning Agreement should include all the learning outcomes the student is expected to acquire during the exchange. All three parties signing the Learning Agreement commit to complying with all the agreed arrangements, thereby ensuring that the student will receive the recognition for the studies or traineeship carried out abroad without any further recognition requirements.
No, both exchange programmes are free of charge. You will only need to pay tution fees in your home university if applies.
Zero Grant Erasmus+ mobility, students are not paying tuition fee to university and also benefit from valuable experiences and all advantages of being an Erasmus+ student (other costs: accommodation, transport, visa, meals are met by students themselves).
You will need to directly contact with the international office of your host university or with previous BHOS Erasmus students.
Grant for the mobility programmes varies from one country to another one. Grants fort he Erasmus+ are directly paid by the host universities in Euros and for the Mevlana programme by Turkish universities in Turkish liras.
Programme Countries are those countries participating fully in the Erasmus+ programme. To do so, they set up a National Agency and contribute financially to the programme. The 33 Programme Countries are: the 28 EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey. Partner Countries are all the other countries in the World including Azerbaijan.
Students and doctoral candidates are able to study abroad for a period of 3 months (or one academic term or trimester), and up to a maximum of 12 months per study cycle.
For staff mobility, the minimum duration (excluding travel) is 2 days when the mobility is between Programme Countries and 5 days when it is between Programme and Partner Countries. In both cases, the maximum duration is 60 days.
Before participation in exchange programmes, all responsible departments in BHOS arranged necessary documents and procedures for recognition of the credits in host university. Unless student become unsuccessful and failed in host university, there wont be any delays.
