Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility for Students & Staff
Erasmus+ KA1 International Credit Mobility (ICM) supports the mobility of individuals enrolled or employed at a higher education institution (HEI), from a Programme Country to a Partner Country or vice versa. Baku Higher Oil School has been actively participated in Erasmus+ KA1 mobility programme since 2016.
Becoming an incoming student with exchange programmes at BHOS would provide a unique opportunity to discover different cultures, learning skills, scientific experiences and Azerbaijan. Incoming students could get related information about mobility opportunities from their home universities by approaching their international relations offices.
BHOS students can benefit from the Erasmus+ Mobility projects via applying to the programme as outgoing students. Students should spend a semester in one of our partner universities which will help them to enhance their knowledge, skills and attitudes, to boost their confidence and independence and to stimulate their curiosity and innovation. Please, see the “Outgoing students leaflet” for more information.Outgoing Students leaflet
Becoming an incoming staff with exchange programmes in BHOS would provide a sphere to exchange best practices of highly qualified professionals and professors. This mobility can arise into different long-term cooperation in terms of publishing scientific papers, conducting research and execute international projects. Incoming staff could get related information from their home universities.
Via arranging the mobilities of academic and administrative staff, BHOS aims to build and enhance relationships with universities from different countries. Furthermore, these exchanges help professors and academic staff of BHOS to enhance their knowledge, to get contacts with other universities’ professors, to develop mutual projects, to write mutual scientific journals, and to bring new learning and teaching technics and topic to BHOS. As regards outgoing administrative staff, they can observe and learn new things from European universities which can be applied in BHOS to improve the management and administration units of the university.
