BHOS works in compliance with international standard ISO 10002

Monitoring of compliance with international standard ISO 10002:2014 (Customer Satisfaction – Complaints Management Guidelines) has been completed at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). It was conducted by the representative of Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) in Azerbaijan Gulhan Yuzereroglu. “The Higher School successfully implements ISO 10002 and its activities meet the standard requirements,” she said.

The international standard applies to both private companies and non-commercial organizations. It provides guidance on the process of complaints handling related to products within an organization, including planning, design, operation, maintenance and improvement. The complaints-handling process is suitable for use as one of the processes of an overall quality management system.

High quality of the BHOS activities and its compliance with international requirements are also confirmed by other ISO standards including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Safety and Security Management System),
