The delegation of Caspian Strategy Institute (HASEN) visited Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). The delegation consisted of Mr Halil Akinci, the member of HASEN Consulting Board and the former Ambassador,  Ms Deniz Ulke Aribogan, the member of HASEN Consulting Board and Academic affairs representative at Istanbul University, Institute of  Eurasia, Mr Haldun Yavash, Secretary General of HASEN, Strategy and Policy  coordinator Afgan Niftiyev, Academics and Research coordinator Emin Akhundzade, researcher Seda Birol met with the staff, faculty and students of BHOS.

Opening the ceremony rector Elmar Gasimov give brief information about BHOS, its international relations both with HEI’s and transnational companies and touched upon the historical background of Azerbaijan and Turkey friendship relations.

     Mr Halil Akinci, the former Ambassador and the current member of HASEN Consulting Board after having delivered his pleasure of being in Azerbaijan and visiting BHOS gave information about HASEN, its strategies, visions and activities.

     The meeting was followed by mutual discussions on the collaboration opportunities, joint organization of seminars, workshops. It was also agreed that BHOS can send the articles to be published at the monthly magazine of HASEN.
