We live in the last days of 2017 and wait for coming of the New Year. I extend my congratulations to you and wish you very nice holidays. I would like to wish you strong health, realization of your dreams, energy and motivation in your activities in the New Year of 2018.

Indeed, 2017 became a very remarkable year in the history of the Higher School. This year, the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev participated in the inauguration of our new campus, we bid farewell to our first graduates and admitted first Master degree students. Finally, we became the best higher educational institution of the year. I am confident that altogether we will consolidate and further the success we have achieved this year.

I congratulate you on the occasion of the International Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis and the coming New Year.
