A regular meeting of Academic Board was held at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). Opening the meeting, BHOS Rector and Chairperson of the Academic Board Rector Elmar Gasimov told about latest achievements, developments and new spheres in the Higher School activity. He also spoke about effective work carried out by the Academic Board and importance of the issues, which are addressed at their meetings.   

The Rector announced items of the agenda, which were then discussed by the members of the Academic Board. They included activities by BHOS Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Process Automation Engineering departments and new organizational structure of the Higher School. The meeting participants also considered new rules and regulations for assessment of the exams after spring and autumn semesters and education plan for the BHOS Master degree program. At the end of the meeting, the Academic Board’s members took a vote on the agenda items and adopted a unanimous resolution.
