Project Leadership, Management Communications course completed at School of Project Management at BHOS
Project Leadership, Management & Communications course completed at School of Project Management (SPM), which is a joint initiative implemented by BHOS, BP and its partners, and TwentyEighty Strategy Execution (STRATEX) international company. The course for “Stream 17” study group was conducted by one of the most experienced trainers of STRATEX John Pelham.
During the three-day interactive course, which is designed to provide a solid foundation in key leadership competencies, the students learned how to lead project teams through more effective communication, identify motivational value systems to improve productivity and cooperation, recognize the role of business and personal ethics in leadership, utilize a powerful four-stage collaborative negotiation process, and create a Leadership Development Plan.
Many state organizations and private companies show interest in the activities of SPM, which provides the students with deep knowledge in the field project management. Upon successful completion of the study, the trainees will be awarded Master certificate from the George Washington University (the USA), which also is a partner of SPM initiative.
