AIESEC hold an information session at BHOS
International organization AIESEC conducted an information session at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). It was arranged by the organization management upon an initiative of two BHOS students, namely Chairperson of AIESEC local committee “Khazar” Parviz Azizov and Chairperson of “Programming Club” operating within the Higher School’s Student Trade Union Committee Nariman Taghizada. During the session, BHOS undergraduates received detailed information about AIESEC, which is one of the largest youth organizations in the world, its main activities and opportunities to participate in AIESEC programs and projects. Speeches were delivered by Parviz Azizov, Nariman Taghizada and Head of Marketing Department of the organization’s local branch Gulu Mammedli.
AIESEC is the world's largest non-profit youth-run organization, which provides young people with leadership development as well as with global internship and volunteer exchange experiences, with a focus to empower young people so they can make a positive impact on society. The AIESEC network includes approximately tens of thousands members representing more than 1,300 universities in nearly 120 countries. Every year, AIESEC offers over 24,000 leadership positions, while its international exchange program enables nearly 25,000 students and recent graduates to work or volunteer in another country.
