          An extended meeting of Academic Board was held at Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS). Opening the meeting, Chairperson of the Academic Board, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov emphasized importance of various issues discussed at previous sessions. Speaking about recent achievements attained by the Higher School, he emphasized that this success became possible due to efforts of the BHOS teachers and staff members. The Rector also told about three milestone events in the life of the Higher School in the last academic year, namely opening a new campus with participation of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev in May 2017, initiation of Master degree program and first graduation ceremony.

 

          Then the members of the Academic Board discussed items included in the meeting agenda. At the meeting, new BHOS teachers and staff members were introduced to the participants.
