Training for first-year Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Process Automation Engineering students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) has commenced at the Training Center on Safety of Life at Sea of the SOCAR’s Education, Training and Certification Department. It will be held from January 16 to January 25 and is aimed at the students’ briefing and basic training on safety for stationary offshore platforms and floating drilling installations. In addition, the students will become acquainted with fire protection procedures and usage of fire-extinguishing equipment.
