dear students!  

I wholeheartedly congratulate you with the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day on 31 December and New Year and wish you strong health, prosperity and family happiness.

 

The departing 2016 year was very important, remarkable and historically significant for the Baku Higher Oil School. In 2016, we celebrated fifth anniversary of the Higher School established upon a decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev dated by November 29, 2011.

 

In the incoming 2017 year, we will continue to enhance our development and carry out reforms at the Higher School. I believe that in 2017 the newly built new campus of BHOS will fling its doors open for the Higher School professors, teachers, staff members and students. Moreover, also in 2017 academic year, we will introduce Master degree program. Thus, in the new academic year of 2017, BHOS will see off our first graduates and will accept first Higher School’s Master students.

 

The President of the Azerbaijan Republic pays constant attention and provides continuous support to the issues of education in Azerbaijan, which have led to the rapid integration of the Azerbaijani educational system into world educational infrastructure. This sets new tasks for us. Our duty is to contribute to implementation of Mr. President’s call “To transfer oil capital into human capital”, and I am absolutely sure that we shall successfully manage to achieve this goal.
