Baku Higher Oil School organized the 2nd Students Scientific and Technical Conference dedicated to the 91 year anniversary of the National Leader Haydar Aliyev’s birth. The conference included three working sessions on Petroleum and Chemical Engineering, Physics and Mathematics and ICT.

Rector Elmar Gasimov welcomed the participants of the event and underlined the importance of the conference as a proof of the students’ interest to research, although our higher school is quite a young educational establishment founded two years ago. He also accented the fact that BHOS students take an active part in other local and international scientific conferences as well.

A number of distinguished guests from SOCAR and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences took part in the conference and highly appreciated the students’ will and desire to take part in such events.
