Rector Elmar Gasimov welcomed the faculty and students of the higher school and gave a detailed information about the life and professional endeavors of the National Leader, underlying his role and efforts in formation of the international image of Azerbaijan and the importance of the oil strategy pursued by him in order to ensure the economic and social development of the country.
