The meeting with the parents of BHOS first year students studying in chemical engineering programme was held at BHOS. Welcoming parents BHOS rector Elmar Gasimov said that meetings with students’ parents mainly aimed at discussion a number of issues especially the ones that concerned supporting first year students in adaptation process to the atmosphere at BHOS and holding view exchange. BHOS rector focused on first year students’ adaptation process, training and education and their socialization. He gave detailed information on training and education process available at BHOS drawing attention of the parents to the work carried out to form skills of students along with gaining knowledge. Elmar Gasimov also spoke about BHOS new campus and the conditions to be provided for students there.

 

Parents had chance to learn more about students’ achievements, challenges, psychological state and they were advised during discussions.

 

Keklik Gozalova, head of English language and ID center, Manafaddin Namazov, head of process automation engineering department, psychologist Zarina Aliyeva, shared their opinion regarding students’ adaptation to BHOS system, their social activities.

 

In conclusion parents cordially thanked BHOS management for conditions offered to their children.
