   SOCAR Education Training and Certification Department conducts business ethics courses for BHOS management and administration staff. The trainer is Rasul Hajiyev, deputy head of quality assurance section of SOCAR Education Training and Certification Department. Around 70 employees of BHOS attend the courses. The courses aim at informing employees on how to solve the problems in compliance with business ethics standards, apply of the relevant behavior rules, the importance of behavior related values at workplaces, regulation of relations between management and staff members.

 

Upon completion of the courses the test session is held. The successful employees will be awarded ISO international certificates. It should be pointed out that business ethics courses are conducted for people who have been divided into groups. The courses itself are held within two working days specially allotted for this purpose.
