Attention to applicants admitted to the Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) of SOCAR!

Applicants admitted to BHOS undergraduate programs must register electronically on the portal https://portal.edu.az/ from 11:00 on August 28 to 18:00 on September 8.  

After logging into the account created during registration on the portal, the applicant must select the service "Registration of students in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions" from the list of available services.

The following document must be uploaded to the portal (only for students with privileges):

1. A copy of the document confirming the tuition fee discount or exemption from tuition payment.

•  After registering on the portal, the applicant will be contacted regarding the timeline for submitting the contract.

Note: Failure to register within the specified period will be considered as the applicant’s refusal to enroll in the relevant specialty, and therefore he/she will not be included in the list of students of the higher education institution.
