BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov participates in ‘Cyber Sovereignty’ conference.

Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov took part in the "Cyber ​​Sovereignty" conference held in Nakhchivan. The event was organized jointly by the Association of Azerbaijani Cyber Security Organizations and the National Cyber ​​Security Center.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the conference, Elmar Gasimov shared his ideas on protecting national interests in the field of cybersecurity, strengthening technological independence, and the role of scientific and educational institutions in this area.

The main objective of the conference is to hold in-depth discussions on the topic of Cyber Sovereignty with representatives of government agencies, the private sector and experts contributing to the development of the country's cybersecurity ecosystem.
