Let's meet the 24-year-old teacher of BHOS!

Kanan Mammadov, a lecturer at Petroleum Engineering Department

Kanan Mammadov was born in 2000.

In 2017, he was admitted to the Petroleum Engineering Department of BHOS with 665 points.

He graduated with honors from the Bachelor's Degree Program of BHOS as the best student in his specialty. 
  
In 2022, Kanan Mammadov was accepted to the “Deposit Evaluation and Management” specialization at BHOS with 93 points.

In 2024, he was named “Master's Student of the Year” at BHOS.

Kanan Mammadov’s achievements during his student years:

He was awarded the Academician Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh scholarship

He won the SPE PetroBowl competition and represented our country in the USA and Dubai.

His scientific paper was awarded first place at the 3rd International Student Research and Science Conference.

COPThe team he was a member of won first place in the ideathon competition held as part of COP 29. 
 
In 2024, he was accepted to the doctoral program for training PhDs in "Development and operation of oil and gas fields".  

Currently, Kanan Mammadov works as a lecturer at the Petroleum Engineering Department of BHOS.
