An event was held to mark the beginning of the Young Talents Program’s participants’ internship at SOCAR.
Vice President of SOCAR Ms. Ziba Mustafayeva and Rector of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) Mr. Elmar Gasimov spoke at the event.
It was noted that BHOS students also benefited from the program.
This year, 40 students and graduates of Baku Higher Oil School have earned the right to participate in the program.  To date, 72 graduates and students have become winners of the Young Talents Program.
It was also noted that a total of 175 graduates have successfully completed the program and have been employed at SOCAR.  Every year, winners selected from among the most successful graduates get the opportunity to work at SOCAR Türkiyə. Since 2022, 6 graduates have been employed at this company. 
2,809 candidates participated in the selection stages, of which 133 earned the right to participate in the program. The selected young people represent 14 higher education institutions across the country.
