13 BHOS students awarded ‘Science and Technology’ scholarship
13 students of Baku Higher Oil School (SOCAR), who scored more than 685 points in the university entrance exams for the first group of specialties for the 2024/2025 academic year, have been awarded the "Science and Technology" targeted scholarship established by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
A total of 16 scholarship places were allocated, 13 of which were taken by BHOS students. A meeting was organized at the e-Exam Facility of the State Examination Center in this regard.
The event was attended by Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszade, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Kanan Karimzada, Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Namig Babayev, and Head of the Science and Higher Education Policy Department of the Ministry of Science and Education Turkhan Suleyman.
They congratulated the students on receiving the scholarship and wished them success.
