BHOS Inspires Future Engineers Through Energy4me Program

Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) is making a positive impact through its Energy4me program, run by the SPE BHOS Student Chapter. Recently, the team visited high schools like the Physics, Math, and Informatics Lyceum and Kaspi Lyceum to inspire the next generation of engineers by sharing insights about higher education and career opportunities.

Students received a warm welcome from the Energy4me team, along with special gifts to mark the occasion. The sessions were interactive, and students showed great interest in learning about life at BHOS, the different majors offered, and the opportunities available with a BHOS education. The team emphasized the value of pursuing higher education and provided tailored advice on choosing the right academic path based on individual interests.

One of the highlights was a lively Q&A session, where students engaged actively, asking questions about university life, career prospects, and the courses at BHOS. The BHOS representatives provided helpful answers, enhancing the students’ understanding of their future options. The program also introduced students to the SPE community, ensuring they know about the resources and support available, regardless of the university they choose.

The strong interest and enthusiasm from the high school students show the success of the Energy4me program in encouraging young people to explore engineering and related fields. More visits are planned as BHOS continues to build connections with the local community and promote educational growth among Azerbaijan’s youth.
