Attention to applicants admitted to Baku Higher Oil School!

The registration process for undergraduate students admitted to higher education institutions will commence on August 28 at 11:00 AM.

Applicants must register on Portal.edu.az (https://portal.edu.az/) by September 6, 18:00. Upon entering the account created in the process of registration on the portal, select the “Registration of students in higher and secondary vocational education institutions” service from the list of provided services.

The following documents must be uploaded to the portal:

1. For applicants who fall under the social benefits category: a tuition fee discount certificate or tuition fee exemption certificate

After successfully completing the registration on the portal, the following documents must be physically submitted to Room 118, Baku Higher Oil School, 1st Khazar Street, Baku White City, Khatai District:

• For college or higher education institution graduates: the original diploma or a certificate of completion from the respective institution.

• Copy of identity card (2 copies for applicants, 1 copy for each of the applicants' parents).

• Health certificate (Form 086).

• For applicants who fall under the social benefits category (displaced persons, disability, etc.): notarized copies of relevant documents

• 1 color photo (3x4 cm).

Note: Physical submission of documents will be conducted from September 2 to September 10, 2024 (only on working days, from 09:00 to 17:00). Applicants will be contacted in advance.
