Baku Higher Oil School, University of Bucharest sign Memorandum of Understanding

A Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation has been signed between Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and the University of Bucharest.

The document was inked by BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov and President of the Black Sea Universities Network (BSUN), Rector of the University of Bucharest Marian Preda.

The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the exchange of students and faculty, joint research activities, participation in seminars and scientific meetings, exchange of teaching materials and other informational materials, and the implementation of short-term special academic programs.
