President awards group of rectors

According to the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, a group of rectors have been awarded with the jubilee medal “100 years of Heydar Aliyev (1923-2023)”.

Rector of Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov, Rector of UNEC Professor Adalat Muradov, Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts Jeyran Mahmudova and Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev were among the awardees.

Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev presented the jubilee medals to the rectors.
