SOCAR’s Young Talents Program presented at Baku Higher Oil School

A presentation on SOCAR's Young Talents Program has been held for the students of Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS).

At the presentation ceremony, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov said that the Young Talents Program initiated by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf is an invaluable platform for acquiring new competences and skills, and students of Baku Higher Oil School are among those who benefit from this program.

“Students show great interest in this program, and those who successfully completed the program began working in SOCAR's enterprises. I am confident that this year, like in previous years, a large number of students will apply to this program.” 

Head of the Recruitment Section of the Human Resources Department of SOCAR Javid Umbayev, Deputy Head of the Recruitment Section of the Human Resources Department of SOCAR Hamid Israfilov and Lead Specialist at the Recruitment Section of the Human Resources Department of SOCAR Aygun Ganiyeva gave extensive information about the Young Talents Program to IV and V year students who attended the presentation. The HR experts also informed the students about the selection process and answered their questions.

Farid Huseynli, a graduate of the Chemical Engineering Department of Baku Higher Oil School, who is currently pursuing a master's degree at BHOS and working at the STAR Oil Refinery of SOCAR, and Chichak Bayramova, last year's graduate of Baku Higher Oil School and employee of   SOCAR Downstream, spoke about the advantages of the Young Talents Program. They advised the students to take advantage of this opportunity.
