Turkish experts give master class to students of Baku Higher Oil School

Sovereign Strategy, Execution & Change Advisor Caner Cinar and Agility Consultant/Coach Seckin Karatas conducted a master class on Agility for MBA students of Baku Higher Oil School of SOCAR (BHOS).

Speaking at the opening of the master class, BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov said that Baku Higher Oil School attaches special importance to organizing such trainings on a regular basis since they cover topics that meet the requirements of the modern era and are conducted by professionals who share their knowledge and experience with students. The rector expressed confidence that this master class will also be useful for students. Elmar Gasimov stressed that in future Baku Higher Oil School will continue organizing meetings between students and professionals.

The coaches informed the participants about the importance of taking an "agile" approach in enterprises and business, forming an "agile" environment, rendering a flexible response to changes, and adapting students to flexibility.
