Elmar Gasimov meets with participants of DAAD Summer Schoo

Rector of Baku Higher Oil School of SOCAR (BHOS) Elmar Gasimov has met with the participants of the International Summer School Project on “Energy Transition in Oil-Producing Countries", implemented at BHOS with financial support from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

The rector personally met with each of the students and talked about the importance of this project, which had been successfully implemented for the 3rd time at the university. He emphasized that 16 students studying at various prestigious universities in Germany were also benefiting from this program.  Elmar Gasimov informed the gathering about Baku Higher Oil School, its educational programs and its energy transition plans.

Then, the students shared their impressions of Azerbaijan. They said that the program not only provided them with useful knowledge, but also gave them the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the local culture.  The studiers stressed that they very much liked Baku Higher Oil School and the conditions created at this university.
